On the road, railroad that is, with Keolis and VRE

We're just back from a photographic assignment to capture the daily passenger and behind the scenes operations of the Virginia Railway Express commuter lines that run from Fredericksburg and Manassas Virginia into Washington D. C. The two railway lines carry in excess of 20K passengers per day. Keolis, the railway services provider, sponsored the photo excursion and will be using the photos in corporate media. We shot approximately 1600 photos over the course of 3 days and enjoyed the time out of the office by adding a couple of day of vaction to the mix. We managed to get back to our favorite restaurant in Alexandria, VA, The Majestic Cafe, for another outstanding meal. If you have any foodie inclinations at all and find yourself in Alexandria don't miss this restaurant! We also visited many of D.C.'s free museums, always a great experience!
